How this site handles your details.
nElement.ai uses the details you submit only to respond to a project inquiry or to send the policy paper you requested.
Project inquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email address and project question. Organization and area of interest are optional. When you choose Send inquiry, the site emails that information to nm@nelement.ai through the email service already used for research requests. The message is not written to a database on this website, and the inquiry text and email address are not sent to analytics.
If the email service does not accept the message, the form tells you and shows nm@nelement.ai so you can write directly. A hidden field and a simple rate limit are used to reduce automated submissions. Those checks do not add your message to a marketing list.
Policy paper requests
Email is required so the paper can be sent to you and so nElement.ai can see that a copy was requested. Name, country or region, and professional role are optional. Asking for the paper does not subscribe you to marketing email. The optional research-updates choice is separate: it is recorded only in that request email, and leaving it unchecked does not affect delivery.
Paper requests are checked with Google reCAPTCHA. Google receives the check token under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Your project question is not part of that check.
What this site does not do
This website does not sell personal information and does not keep a separate store of form submissions. Email that is accepted lives in the mailbox of nm@nelement.ai and with the email provider that delivers it. The approved policy paper PDF can be opened directly from the research pages.
